Together, we can begin to incorporate practices that nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits rather than deplete our energy. We rejuvenate.
We will immerse ourselves in practices, nourishing foods, movements, and ceremonies to connect back with out bodies. This retreat is an opportunity to dive into full lifestyle changes. You will leave this retreat with clear steps to enhance and nourish your health, life, and body in a holistic way.

I am an Holistic Health Coach specialized in health and essential wellbeing, Raw Food Chef, Yoga & Face Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Women’s Coach.
Located in the jungle of Costa Rica, and mother of a beautiful girl, I love to nourish, guide and empower women into taking charge of their health and body with all the amazing healing tools I have learned throughout my life path.
I’ve created this retreat so you can truly rejuvenate your body and get your health and glow back with the power of movement, nutrition, rituals, sacred ceremony, chanting, earthing, and many more of my secrets.
