    Working with Franca has been a change in many ways for me.

    Franca taught me to eat healthier, without restrictions and without diets, simply by incorporating certain foods, small routines and, most importantly, I understand many things that I previously ignored about my way of eating. Following his advice, my body stopped needing foods that I previously thought impossible to give up (in my case gluten, corn and sugar). He taught me to take care of my skin, my hair and in general my whole body. It helped me to love myself more and to give myself the attention that I didn’t give myself before. And he does all this with a lot of love and dedication. Very happy to have made the decision to do it at last! Thanks for everything.

    I am a lazy yoga person. I always thought it was beneficial and I’ve tried classes before but I always end up getting tired of it after the first one. Franca class was different. It was the first time that I get to continue the practice with interest. Her classes are calm but firm, and you feel connected with her. Her approach and explanation of the poses made me enjoy every time and feel my body healthy and strong.
